IT support for dynamic, international PR agency

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results orientated individual to join us as an IT support executive based in Frankfurt. The role is to cover IT duties including the installation and configuration of new hardware and software, logging support calls from all European offices  and the analysis and resolution of network hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will initially spend three months learning on the job in the London office, before basing themselves in Frankfurt, with regular travel to offices in Munich, Paris, Madrid, Milan and London.

Key to this role is an uncompromising attention to detail, the ability to prioritise, self motivation and the ability the build rapport and relationships with people.  Fluency in both German and English are essential.  The work within this role will be varied so the ability and willingness to learn, along with a positive, proactive outlook are key.
